"I had to have the roof on my 5 year old house replaced because the original crew did such a terrible job that parts of it were already rotted from water damage and I had several leaks into the house. While one of this was covered by my insurance, the claims adjustor recommended instead just fixing the obvious problem, I should replace the whole thing due to all the short cuts that had been taken, which would eventually result in even more problems. After getting several quotes, I initially thought Kenneth was a little pricier than other estimates, but then none of those were going to hand nail every shingle - when I asked most would not do the job without using a nail gun or wanted to charge me much more than Kenneth did. Plus, instead of rubber or plastic pipe boots, his crew installed lead pipe boots that won't deteriorate or leak over time. Robert and Tim did an excellent job - everything they did was exactly what my claims adjustor had said should be done on a proper roof installation. When they were done they walked around the house three times making sure they got every scrap of debris and every nail.. They even put up my HD TV antenna for me afterwards. And then Kenneth followed up later that day with a walk around my house himself to make sure everything was squared away. Quality work and a great team that did the job!"
